She will discuss annual budget preparation and educational opportunities to consider for your staff. Along this journey, Jeff Yates, CCSVP, Regional Repair Services Manager, will expand upon your current understanding of a successful endoscope repair contract as well as steps to avoid damage and costly repairs. You will leave this presentation with a working knowledge of the workflow of the SPD, and be able to recognize the potential budget considerations as well as the various types of repair contracts that are beneficial to your budget.
