Betty Sue Minton is a graduate of East Tennessee Start University's BSN program and received her Masters of Nursing Administration at Vanderbilt Univerisity School of Nursing in 1993. She is employed by Vanderbilt Medical Center in the Perioperative Services area as a leader in the Main Holding Room and PACU.. Minton is the past chair of the Leader Development Committee that designed a new nursing leadership model for our hospital. She has also served as chair of the Managers Council and the Maturing Workforce Steering committee.
